Are we Recruiting? (Updated 9/10/10)

Right now I'm not recruiting anyone. I already have about 40+ members. At the moment, I won't need to have anything larger than 45. I will still make exceptions of my own, of my approval. And I am also waiting on a few old PI members to come back. Everyone else will be denied. The clan will be too crowded for me to handle and I want to handle it on my own, for the time being.
